Payment and insurance reimbursement
My hourly fee is $200. In some cases, I will accept a negotiated fee. If our sessions are covered by your insurance, my office is happy to invoice your insurance company.
If special arrangements must be made, please bring it to my attention in our first visit, so we can avoid confusion providing the services you seek in a timely manner.
It is your responsibility to confirm your coverage and benefits, and to confirm that I am an provider with your insurance company.
For your convenience I accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
